The Beverly Hills estate where Taylor Swift wrote her 2014 album "1989" is for sale at $7,995,000.

The Pillsbury Estate at 1827 North Beverly Drive hit the market Sept. 19, according to MLS records on Zillow. Current owners Nicolas Bijan and Roxy Bijan are selling the 1.5-acre compound after completing room-by-room renovations since purchasing it from Swift off-market in 2018, Page Six first reported.

Drew and Dean Mandile hold the listing. They represent Sotheby's International Realty's Beverly Hills brokerage.

The property sits minutes from the Beverly Hills Hotel and Rodeo Drive. It spans 4,360 square feet across a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom main residence and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house. The grounds include more than a dozen mature live oak trees, a pickleball court, a motor court, a detached two-car garage and a barbecue area.

Swift bought the estate in 2011. She filmed her Vogue "73 Questions" segment in the main house and later showcased the property in Architectural Digest in 2021. One remnant of her tenure still stands in the garden: an olive tree planted by her former boyfriend Calvin Harris, now surrounded by Roxy Bijan's hot-pink roses.

"The house is special because of the privacy and the seclusion. It feels like you're in the English countryside, but you can hop in the car and head straight to the Polo Lounge," Nicolas Bijan told Page Six.

Nicolas Bijan is the heir to the House of Bijan, the by-appointment-only luxury menswear boutique on Rodeo Drive founded by his late father Bijan Pakzad in 1976. He launched his own luxury menswear brand, NB44, in the same home office where Swift reportedly wrote "1989," according to Page Six. Roxy Bijan, an interior designer, led the renovation. She gutted the guest house, added a sunroom breakfast area and created a pink-washed bath inspired by Annabel's club in London, Elle Decor reported.

The couple married at the estate in 2020 after their planned Lake Como wedding was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They have since had two children there.

The listing is active with no pending offers as of Oct. 1.
